Three passions converged when I discovered my love for internal communications: driving a remarkable employee experience, building trust, and championing a purpose-driven mission.
I began my internal communication journey in financial services at Pathward, formerly MetaBank. I built an internal communications function from the ground up, experiencing every aspect of a comms start-up (the good and the bad). It was there I realized my true calling, and my professional mission: ensuring every employee can write themselves into the company narrative. I’ve been managing internal communications ever since.
In July 2021, I became Communications Manager at Citizens – a bank with more than 18,000 colleagues all over the United States. Here, I am part of a best-in-class team of communicators “Made Ready” to support every employee on their unique journey.
