Three passions converged when I discovered my love for internal communications: driving a remarkable employee experience, building trust, and championing a purpose-driven mission.
My path began in the financial services sector at Pathward (formerly MetaBank), where I had the opportunity to establish an internal communications function from scratch. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of a communications start-up, learning both from the successes and challenges along the way.
It was during this time that I discovered my true vocation: empowering every employee to contribute to the company narrative.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to the field of internal communications, consistently managing and refining communication strategies. In July 2021, I joined Citizens, a renowned bank with over 18,000 colleagues across the United States, as a Communications Manager.
In this role, I am privileged to be part of a best-in-class team of communicators, united under the “Made Ready” ethos. Together, we strive to provide unwavering support to each employee on their unique journey within the organization.
