A Weekly Workout Schedule

I ran my first (and probably last) half marathon this summer and although training was tough, I learned that I thrive with a structured workout schedule. Since the race, my workouts have been a little of this and that. I found the following workout schedule to be very helpful for its specificity and adaptability. Don’t wait until the new year to start a fitness routine. Guess what? It’s Monday, the perfect day to start! Please enjoy!

  1. Love this! I appreciate that you don’t need a bunch of equipment to do these exercises! I’ll have to try this. I always get stuck in a rut of just running.
